From April 15 to June 1, Russia suspended regular and charter air traffic with Turkey. An exception to affect only two regular flights a week between Moscow and Istanbul.
In connection with the restriction of the air traffic between Russia and Turkey, the airlines inform about changes in the implementation of regular flights between these countries from April 15 to June 1, 2021. Passengers who were affected by this situation and who purchased flights on OneTwotrip and on the sites of partner banks are available special regulations for ticket actions.
If your airline is not indicated in the list below, expect an individual notification to email from an order for affordable actions with your ticket.
Turkish Airlines
For passengers of canceled flights, the following actions with a ticket are available:
- forced return of an unused ticket;
- ticket exchange with departure on another date after June 1, 2021;
- Ticket exchange with direction replacement.
If you have received a notification about the cancellation of your flight, please create an application for a forced return or ticket exchange in the “My Order” section on the website or in the OneTwotrip application, indicating the reason for the return “The airline canceled the flight”.
Do not create an application for a forced return or exchange until such a notification from us is to avoid the reservation without the possibility of returning from Turkish Airlines.
Aeroflot airline
Several options are available to passengers:
- Return of the cost of the air ticket (without a fine of the airline);
- Exchange on the same route for alternative dates (without a fine of airline);
- Exchange for an alternative destination (without a fine of airline).

Nordwind Airlines
Several options are available to passengers:
- Return of the cost of the air ticket (without a fine of the airline);

- Exchange for an alternative destination from April 15 to June 1 (without a fine of airline).

Airlines Victory
For passengers with tickets for airline flights, victory to Turkey for departure dates from April 13 to June 1, 2021 inclusive is allowed to make a forced return of tickets.
No action is required on your part, the Victory Airline automated the return process, it will be automatically produced. You will receive notifications for email as the status of processing the return of your ticket. The return will be carried out in the same way that you paid for the ticket.
Airlines S7 Airlines
Passengers have a refund of the air ticket (without a fine of the airline).

Passengers of canceled flights to Turkey have a forced return of the air ticket without a fine of a airline. Ural Airlines
Passengers with the departure dates from April 15, 2021 to June 01, 2021 Air return is available without a fine of a airline.

PEGASUS AIRLINES
Passengers with the departure dates from April 15, 2021 to June 01, 2021 Air return is available without a fine of a airline or a ticket to a new one with a departure date after June 1, 2021.

You can start a ticket exchange procedure by taking off your places from the flight. This can be done by contacting the airline directly or by creating an application for a forced return in the “My Order” section, indicating the reason for the return “The airline canceled the flight”.
