Read more – in the report!
There is such a country to which we are ready to return again and again … And it is called – South Korea! Here is the most delicious food in the world, the best shopping, the most responsive people and unreal nature.
Our acquaintance with Seoul began 3 years ago, when I went here to receive higher education. Even then, I had the opportunity to get acquainted with Korea, which she really is!

Perhaps one of the most instagram places in the Korean capital.
That is why I want to warn you in advance that if you are going to Korea and plan your cultural program using Tripadvisor, then your trip is doomed to failure.
Pay attention to bloggers who write about Korea, and get acquainted with the locals. If in the first case Instagram will help you, then in the second, feel free to download Tinder and look for the guys who will help you with advice or even make you a company on certain excursions, or maybe they will drive you to the club. They are Koreans!
Well, now let’s get to the matter from general advice!
When is the best way to fly to Seoul

Definitely this is mid -April or early October. The rest of the year you will also be delighted with the trip, but it is these time periods that will make you love Korea once and for all.
Where it is better to stop
I definitely recommend the historical center of the city. For example, a stop in the popular Gangnam area may become the biggest mistake for you-spend a lot of money and spend 20-30 minutes to get to any attraction.

If you do not like to save, then calculate that the cost of a good hotel will cost you 10,000 rubles/day. If you prefer not to spend extra money, then there are plenty of hostels in Seoul. Many of them seem to be good. However, keep in mind – the most expensive in Seoul is renting real estate, so do not be surprised at prices. We stayed at the Fraser Place hotel network. We were very satisfied.
What is worth trying
Leroy and I sincerely believe that Korean cuisine is the most delicious on the planet!
Therefore, feel free to try everything that caught your eye. However, keep in mind that all dishes with red are capable of burning your mouth and the entire esophagus due to incredible acuteness.
What to see
Watch everything and everywhere! Starting from the slum and ending with popular attractions. For example, I love to hang out in Korean supermarkets (the most interesting those located in sleeping areas), since there are an incredible number of unusual products, goods, cafes and everything else.

But for you a small program that we compiled for our trip in January (I assure you – at different times of the year in Seoul you need to watch and do different things):
1. Palace Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village;
2. Fish market Noryangjin;
3. Yeouido park;
4. Starfield Library and Coex Shopping Mall;
5. Myeongdong show Street;
6. Student cafes and local supermarkets at the Gongneung-RO metro station (the place where I once lived);
7. Dongdaemun district: gate and Plaza;
8. Hongdae district (wild clubs, shopping and other things – my favorite area in Seoul);
9. Park at Anyang station;
10. Ihwa Mural Village;
11. The market Namdaemun.
Believe me, I could continue this list endlessly, but this is definitely enough for you if you want to get a good impression of the Korean capital!
