People in August go south, reach for heat (most for some reason in general-to the heat) and the sea. But the migratory birds at that time are for some reason on the “North”. Maybe they know that, or just do not complain too much sultry weather?!
We are not very loved by the heat and we! And therefore, we suggest you take a rather unusual step. In the hottest vacation period, go on vacation not south, but, for example, to the east! And not just in the area neighboring with your city or villages-much-nine east!
Why not? After all, rest in August in Vladivostok has many advantages.

What to take with you

More recently, we really liked them: to get from Moscow to Vladivostok and it was possible to go back for 30-35 thousand rubles. But today the situation has changed, and for the air travel in both directions on the indicated route you will pay about 50 thousand rubles.
Flights from St. Petersburg to the Far East and back in 2025 look like a mockery of common sense. How many will want to pay for flights to both ends from 70 thousand rubles per person? A trip from Yekaterinburg will cost comparable money, the inhabitants of Novosibirsk is just right to “rejoice” that they will pay only a few thousand less for it.
In our opinion, hotels in Vladivostok are excessively road – all the more so, in such a conditionally “hot” tourist period as August. So if you plan to settle in the city center or not far from it, then prepare for two thousand 10 rubles a day.
It is remarkable that it is possible to remove comfortable apartments in Vladivostok, not for two, but 3-4 people, for similar or even slightly smaller money-8-9 thousand rubles per day. Spend in search of more than 5 minutes, find good options and cheaper-thousands of 7-8.
The cost of excursions in Vladivostok depends on the format: the bus and pesterplain costs no more than in St. Petersburg, 1,500-2,000 rubles for 1 person. Participation in a pure walk, providing for a acquaintance with any one area (usually “millionaire”) will ruin thousands of 2,000.

In August, you must definitely look in Vladivostok and the surroundings. Well, probably, reward yourself for long walks and trips-in the afternoon or two relaxing on the beach?!
Where to go nearby
The Primorsky Oceanarium on the island of Russian in the case is considered the main attraction of the city and the region as a whole. The company of marine inhabitants gathered there is very rich and diverse.
Incredibly beautiful island is Russian and in itself: its capes and rocks, beaches. Someone comes to Vladivostok at all for the only purpose there. Although we, of course, advise you to expand your horizons and visiting other places, as well as other activities.
