- The import of alcohol into the country is prohibited. Tourists can buy alcohol in bars, restaurants and hotels, but it is impossible to take them outside the establishments. Drinking alcohol in public places is not allowed. During the sacred month of Ramadan (in 2023 it will last from March 22 to April 21), alcohol is not sold anywhere.
