A bicycle trip is the best opportunity to find out and love provincial France, with old villages and castles, good -natured residents and wonderful cuisine. France is a small country, but amazingly diverse, each region is rightfully proud of a unique climate and kitchen. 1. Shalon-Sur-Son-Son / Macon (Chalon-Sur-Saeth / Mâcon) in the east of France

Route: Chalon-Sur-Son-Boxing-Kormaten-Clooney-Macon.

This route is one of the first green paths (bicycle path, which is allowed only to cyclists or pedestrians, and next to which there are no roads) in France. The path goes through the heart of the Burgundy winery region – the banks of the canals, through forests and vineyards, past medieval abbey and castles. On the way to the Boxy you will see an old fort and pass along the routes of a closed railway past a dozen winemakers. The path to Kormatena lies through the vineyards, and in the village itself there is an elegant castle of the Renaissance era. On the banks of the Grona River, you will reach the magnificent abbey of Kluni, a dredicated in the 10th century, and from there go to the cute medieval city of Makon.

2. Arkashon / Leon (Arcachon / Léon) on the Atlantic coast

Route: Arkashon-Biskarross-Revolution-Paranti-An-Born-Mimizan-Rev.-Cont-Real-Leon.

This route is also called lakes, beaches and forests. It begins next to the famous dune saw – the largest in Europe, surrounded by the ocean and centuries -old pines. 3. Conde-Sur-yuin / Alanson (Condé-Sur-Huisne / Alençon) in Central France

Route: Conde-Sur-Yuin-Remalary-Mortan-o-Persh-Le Mel-Sur-Sart-Alanson.

This green cycle is passing through the Persh regional reserve. The path to remalar lies through the fields with windmills and groves. The segment of the path from Ramalar to Mortan-o-pers is very picturesque, goes through the Kurnuaye estate, flowering meadows and rivers. Mortan-o-Persch has many architectural monuments: a church in the style of flaming Gothic, mansions of the aristocracy and the monastery of the Renaissance era. Next to Le Mel-Sur-Sart, there is a huge lake with the beach, water skiing and rental of boats, from where our path goes further along the meadows to Alanson, where the Normandy region begins. There are many ancient fachwrum houses, the 16th century basil with a carved facade and the ducal castle.

4. Domfron / Duke (Domfront / Ducey) in northwest France

Route: Domfron-Barenton-Morten-Saint-Iler-Du-Arkuyo-Dyuka.

This route passes through the most beautiful places in Normandy – in emerald valleys, past sheer rocks and medieval cathedrals. The road from Domfron to Barenton is a green path that goes along the banks of the Selyun River and Grushv Grove. Next, you will go to Morten through the pouring meadows, where thousands of Norman cows are grazed, whose milk is considered one of the best in Europe. In each village restaurant, you can try the freshest cheeses and veal dishes under the glass of cider. From Morten, through Saint-Iler-Du-Arkuyo, you will drive along the river bank, through waterfalls and gorges to the village of Dyuka, a couple of kilometers from which there is an excellent abbey of Mon-Sen-Michel.

5. The green path of the channel of the two seas (Vélo Voie Verte du Canal des Deux Mers) in the south of France

Route: Gribsol-Montesh-Muassak-Vanss D’Azhan-Lamajister.

The channel of the two seas is a huge bicycle route connecting the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, and the green path is the most beautiful part that walks along the shore of the channel in the department of Tarn and Garronna. Almost along the entire length of the route, bicycle paths are lounged by high platans, in the shade of which it is so nice to travel in the summer. The path in Gribsol begins and goes through vineyards and lakes to Montesh, a beautiful city with many channels, in the vicinity of which five castles of the Renaissance era were preserved. Further, the road goes to Muassak – a beautiful city with Romanesque churches, surrounded by gardens and vineyards, from where our path lies in Lamajister.
