A group of three Gili islands is perhaps the most popular direction for tourists who want to get out with Bali somewhere nearby. The fact is that at Bali itself there are practically no “paradise beaches from the postcard”, which many come for. Gili Meno
This is the smallest, quiet and calm island, which can be bypassed around the perimeter in about an hour. They come here for relaxation. It is most popular among pensioners and newlyweds – there are excellent beaches with coral sand, transparent water and good snorkeling. You can dive directly from the shore or order a boat and sail on it to it, where deeper. Gili Travangan

Gili Air
Gili Air is the average island, many consider it to be optimal for relaxation, it is not as noisy as a grass, and more alive than meno. The coastal zone here in many places is strewn with multi -colored corals, which local residents are actively used as decorations of restaurants and bungalows.
Glomok
This is a fairly large island, which, as they say, reminds Bali a couple of decades ago. The scrap is much less tourist, more wild and very nice in places. There are few beaches on the island in the south and in the eastern part. An increased concentration of tourists is observed at the Rinjani volcano, which climbs. Here are bad roads to get to beautiful places to be well controlled with a motorcycle and be prepared for the fact that you can easily break through the wheel somewhere far from civilization. Java
Java is the largest of the nearest islands to Bali (but not the largest in Indonesia).
