Alushta in June 2025 – is it worth going to rest? Weather and reviews, air and water temperature, is it possible to swim, how to dress, prices in hotels and excursions. And also: what to do in Alushta in early June and closer to July, what to see and where to go to Crimea – in the Eurotraveler material.
Alushta is definitely not the main and not the most famous resort of Crimea. However, at the same time, she was and remains a popular place of rest at sea, has a beautiful, very healthy climate and is in the strategic point of the southern coast.
That is, on the one hand, not far from Yalta, the most interesting city in Crimea. And on the other, halfway to the central part of the peninsula and its capital (and hence the station) – Simferopol.
Because during the beach season, in July and August, in Alushta – a lot of tourists. The prices for everything are maximum, and on the beaches – literally an apple has nowhere to fall.
But this is in the midst of the season! And what if you take and go to the sea to Alushta in June? Do you also have to fight in the literal sense for a place in the sun? And pay for this pleasure big, if not directly indecent money?
We found out! To begin with, clarifying the fundamental moment:
Weather in Alushta in June
We can say that she has two “faces”. One is gloomy and clearly negligent. And the other is lively, playful, full of emotions – in a word, inspiring. And, worst of all, in a particular year you can not predict which face you will have to see.
In early June, everything is not very smooth in Alushta: summer alternates an offensive and retreat, and the air temperature does not differ in stability. The wind is hunting hair and does not allow the resorters to enjoy bathing – the way out of the water sometimes becomes a real test.
Again, and the rains do not leave vacationers alone. Indeed, according to many years of statistics, June is the most unbearable month in Alushta (and, we note, in general – in the Crimea).
However, in fact, everything is not always bad. Since in practice the June weather in Alushta is slowly but surely unfolding in the right direction. And the sun heats the air and water more and more.
Already in early June, the air temperature of noon can reach +25 ° C by noon, and the water area is warmed up to +19-20 ° C. By mid-June, on all signs, you can open a bathing season-street thermometers sometimes show everything +28-30 ° C on land.
There is so much ultravioletus that in an open place you will not only warm up, but also Melt You can burn in just 20 minutes. Even on seemingly total cloudy day.
Someone will say-+28 degrees-not enough-wait! Indeed, in July in the Crimea it is even more hot, and the rains are annoyed much less. But the prices become different, and the resorters arrive literally with echelons!
And, most importantly, – in early July off the Crimean shores very often, almost regularly occurs an upwitch or, according to the common people, “Pop”. That is, the replacement of well -warmed coastal masses of ice water – from the areas of the Black Sea more remote from the shore.
Water temperature
Locals and the most impatient northerners begin to swim in Alushta in early June – if not at all in May. Despite the fact that until the middle of the month the water invigorates more than it refreshes: its temperature barely reaches +19-21 ° C.
However, the heating process is quickly: starting from the 15-18th of June, water procedures become shown to everyone with rare exceptions. And this is not surprising: the temperature of the water area reaches +23-24 degrees Celsius. That against the background of almost always a calm sea and amazingly transparent water at least someone will be convinced – it’s time to plunge.
Frank failures (it was +22 ° C – became +17 ° C) rarely occur – in any case, in mid -June (closer to the end of the month they are possible). And in any case, they cannot be called an indispensable attribute of Alushta! Much more often the temperature of the water grows along an understandable and predictable trajectory.
A week before the end of the first month of summer, the sea near the resort warms up to +25-26 ° C. And approximately at the same time, you can announce the start of the high season. There are noticeably more vacationers, you can forget about relative solitude on the beach.
What to take with you
It is worth remembering about the rather likely of inclement weather. And to remember that in Alushta in June sometimes you have to go not in a sundress, shorts and a T -shirt, but also in a waterproof windbreaker with a hood and rubber boots (if they are, of course).
In general, be sure to take something warm on vacation. As well as shoes that are not afraid of hiking in (deep) puddles. And no, you thought incorrectly – we are not talking about rubber beach cords or “coralls”. Well, that is, not only about them.
If you intend to go to the mountains or at least conquer the “Valley of Ghosts”, do not forget to stock up on the corresponding clothes. In particular, dense trousers that will keep your knees when falling on a crumbling slope. And shoes that will protect the ankle.
Naturally, you should definitely take a sunscreen (assortment in the Crimean and Alushta stores poor) with your favorite brand. Plus a sufficient number of hats, keys, panamas, pareo, shirts with long sleeves – in a word, all that must protect the skin.
Note that in the Crimea you can get a strong burn The skin even if the sky is covered with clouds. In the open sun, this will happen with a guarantee of 100% in the first 10-20 minutes of stay on the beach.
Prices 2025
They are on, we would say, quite low. If we take into account a completely exceptional climate (okay, there may be nuances in June), in principle, a well -developed hotel, transport and entertainment infrastructure.
However, judge for yourself. For example, to remove apartments in Alushta, and not far from the sea (possibly even with a view of it), it will turn out for quite reasonable 5-7 thousand rubles. And not for two, but for 3-4 people.
If you are ready to settle at a kilometer distance from the surf strip, you will find an apartment for ~ 4 thousand. But then you will not be happy – to climb the mountain after several hours on the beach and bathing – an unpleasant business.
A spacious apartment with modern repair will cost 7-10 thousand rubles per day. But up to 5-6 people will be able to settle in it.
If Alushta has good hotels and guest houses? Of course, even gorgeous.
But for the reason unknown to us, they insist on the amount of 5-6 thousand rubles per day-even if they are at a noticeable distance from the coastal line. And for this money, only a couple of people will be placed in a room of 15 m2!
How much money will have to be given to get from the Simferopol station to Alushta? It all depends on which transport to go to. If on a trolleybus (with an excellent panoramic review, by the way), then the trip will ruin 30-35 rubles per person. Well, the taxi drivers, probably, will not want to hear about the amounts of smaller 2,000 rubles.
For about the same money (but a day!) You can rent a car. Which will obviously increase your chances for a short time to see all the main attractions of Crimea.
As for excursions, then group bus and peshetes costs from 1,200-1,500 rubles per person. They will take you to inspect Sevastopol or ride along the southern shore.
Individual tours are more expensive: on average from 7.5-10 thousand rubles for all. But still, not so much as to deny yourself a pleasure in a calm atmosphere to get acquainted with the peninsula.

What to do
Actually Alushta has three key entertaining institutions.
- Crimea Park in Miniature, where you will find layouts of all the attractions of the peninsula, which, in principle, should be seen
- Dolphinarium “Watercolor”, giving impressive water representations with the participation of dolphins and seals. And also implementing at auctions paintings written by dolphins
- Alushta aquarium. Specializing in a variety of representatives of the sea fauna. And simultaneously, the inviting visitors to the “world of the jungle”
Lovers of foot tracking will be liked by the “Valley of Ghosts” on the slopes of the Demerji Mountain Array. Here is just to go on an independent campaign there if you already have some experience in this area …
At 30 km southwest of Alushta, Yalta is located with a much larger number of temptations. Children will surely like the Atlantis water park and the Tale Zoo. Adults will evaluate the views from the cable booth on the Ai-Petri plateau, an extensive collection of plants of the Nikitsky Botanical Garden. Perhaps the taste of wines in the cellars of Massandra.
A good entertainment for the whole family, and, by the way, the endurance test will be a visit to a swallow nest. Open after global reconstruction in December 2020.
Naturally, we recommend that you look at the Vorontsov Palace in Alupka! Before the start of the high season, without tourist crowds, he, like the surrounding park, is literally charming.
If possible, inspect at least the royal Livadian palace outside. Another, if not the most chic attraction of the southern coast!
When it’s better to go to Alushta
A high season is considered to be from July until the end of the first decade of September. At this time, it is hot and extremely sunny, and the rains-a complete impression-are removed in some distant edges.
No, thunderstorms happen, like a storm: sometimes the Black Sea is angry, sending elastic powerful shafts to beat the shore. But such weather disasters do not scare even newcomers who arrived here for the first time in their lives.
After all, it is known that the summer thunderstorms here pass quickly. And often not even the next day, but by evening there is a total clarification. And then the sun fiercely warms the addictive pebbles, and the sky gently blushes, instilling optimism in the souls of the resort.
Up to +34-38 ° C during the day, +22-28 ° C at night with air humidity of about 60-70%. Yes, probably this is not the most healthy weather. But if you try not in the sun from noon and until 17-18 hours, you can almost certainly avoid the negative consequences of the heat.
Breathing, however, is very easy. Light, complete impression, as if dealing, gradually forgetting about the suffocating smog of megacities.
