I am Kristina Krechina (@kriskrechina) – an avid traveler, and for several years now I have not been living in Russia, coming here very rarely. And in vain! After a trip to Sochi, which I went to without any expectations at all, I wanted, firstly, to return here again, and secondly, to travel around the country more. For some reason, before that, the image of Sochi was not the most positive in my head, it seemed to be a post-Soviet resort with a bunch of people. But I saw the absolute opposite. I hope I managed to inspire my audience (and you!) To visit this city and its environs.

I was in Sochi for only two days and today I will talk about the best places and moments of the trip.

Hotel Radiant resort

Immediately upon arrival on Friday evening, I headed for my hotel. It is not in Sochi itself, but in Loo. I advise him if you do not plan too active a vacation, because going to Sochi can be difficult. However, I have never regretted that I had chosen such a distant location, and I can say that this is the most photogenic hotel in which I stayed in Russia. In the morning, I immediately ran to the sea, took delicious coffee and even managed to work a little at the infinity pool.

As part of the project “Kudablin My audience chose not only the city, but also the task that I will complete on the trip. When I announced that I was going to Sochi, everyone immediately began to offer Banji Jamping, but this is not for me at all (but if you are for extreme, then it’s worth trying at least once). Therefore, of the four options-trips on the Formula 1 Bolode, visiting tea plantations, completing tasks from strangers and searching for ancient dolmens-most subscribers voted for the most suitable for me: a visit to tea plantations. And I was insanely happy about this.

Tea plantations in Matsest

My goal was to see green labyrinths in sunset rays, but I did not calculate my way at all and arrived after sunset. Frankly, it turned out to be much better than expected! I paid 300 rubles*for the entrance, for three minutes I ran from the barrier to the plantations themselves. By the way, to get there from the center of Sochi, you need to get to Izmailovka. Already on the way, incredible views will be waiting for you.

Tea plantations of Matsesta are the northern northern ones in the world. They occupy 170 hectares at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level. Words cannot describe how picturesque is there, and the photos do not convey this. Therefore, now I advise everyone to visit this place and even arrange a picnic here to enjoy beauty longer!

Boat

The peculiarity of Sochi is that there are mountains and the sea. On my last day, I chose the second. The idea to ride a yacht came when I opened a view of the seaport of DOM restaurant (I recommend going up to the terrace with a panoramic review). I called a lot in the port, so just choose who you like more. An hour of walking by sea costs 1200 rubles* per person. I ended up in a small group – it was even more fun. I believe that this activity is an obligatory element of rest of any tourist on the Black Sea coast. It was very bewitching!

I am very grateful to Onetwotrip because this trip inspired me to travel around Russia more often!
