How to take part

You can take part in the competition until July 15, 18:00 Moscow time.
We will choose the winner randomly on July 16 at 14:00 Moscow time among those who will correctly make a forecast.
Participate yourself and share with friends! The more participants, the more the prize fund for the trip:
- 100 000 ₽ for the trip if the post takes more than 10,000 comments from the participants.
- 75 000 ₽ for the trip if the participants are from 7500 to 10,000.
- 50 000 ₽ for a trip if there are more than 5000 participants
Rules for participating in the action “You forecast, we have a trip!”
1. General provisions
1.1. These Rules (hereinafter referred to as “Rules”) regulate the procedure for participating in promotions with elements of the non -amate game “A forecast with you, a trip from us!” (hereinafter – “Promotion”).
1.2. The organizer of the action is OneTwoTRIR (hereinafter – the “Organizer”).
1.3. The action is not a lottery or other risk event, and is exclusively informative about the website www.onetwotrip.com and the OneTwotrip mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “site”) and is carried out to promote the services of the organizer.
1.4. Participation in the action does not require any fee in favor of the organizer.
2. Conditions for participation in the action
2.1. The participant in the action can only be a capable individual who has reached the age of majority and fulfilled all the conditions for holding the action.
2.2. To participate in the action, the participant needs:
– Subscribe to the ONETWOTRip official group on the social network Facebook (hereinafter – “Group”);
– In the comments on the competitive post in the group, to indicate who, according to the participant in the action, will win the main sports competition (examples of comments: “Russia” or “It seems to me that Brazil will win”);
2.3. One participant has the right to write only one comment. If one participant writes more than one comment, only the comment that was made earlier in time is counted to participate in the action. The remaining comments are not taken into account from the same participant to participate in the action.
2.4. Terms of the promotion:
June 14, 2018 – July 15, 2018. It is possible to take part in the action until 18:00 (Moscow time) on July 15, 2018.
2.5. The organizer has the right at any time at his discretion without a preliminary notification to change the conditions of the action, including the deadlines, without indicating the grounds.
2.6. In the event of a cause, including an uncontrolled action organizer, which prevents the proper holding of the action, affects its safety, honesty and integrity, the organizer of the action has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the action.
3. Procedure for summing up the results of the action
3.1. Date of summing up: July 16, 2018 at 14:00 (Moscow time).
3.2. The winner of the action is the participant determined by the random number generator and fulfilling all the conditions of the action. The winner of the action is determined only among the participants who left comments with the right forecast of the winning country.
3.3. Information on the results of the action is published in the Onetwotrip communities on social networks. The winners of the promotion are notified of the winning through personal messages on social networks.
3.4. The winner of the action, chosen by the random number generator, receives as a prize of the promotional code, which can be used for the full or partial payment of the services below on the organizer’s website (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”) of the next denomination:
- subject to the presence of more than 10,000 (ten thousand) unique comments on the competitive post in the group – a promotional code with a face value of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) rubles for the purchase of air tickets/hotel services;
- subject to the presence of more than 7,500 (seven thousand five hundred) unique comments on a competitive post in the group – a promotional code with a face value of 75,000 (seventy -five thousand) rubles for the purchase of air tickets/hotel services;
- subject to the presence of more than 5,000 (five thousand) unique comments on the competitive post in the group – a promotional code with a face value of 50,000 (one hundred thousand) rubles for the purchase of air tickets/hotel services;
a. The transfer of the prize to third parties, the exchange is not allowed.
B. Obtaining compensation in monetary terms is prohibited.
With. The winner has the right to use the promotional code on the organizer’s website only to purchase air tickets/hotel services in the direction of the championship winner.
3.4. The prize is not played among the participants in the action if less than 5,000 (five thousand) unique comments are made in the group in the group.
3.5. To receive the prize, the organizer is associated with the winner of the action through personal messages on social networks.
3.6. The winner of the action has the right to use the prize within 1 (one) calendar year from the date of receipt of the promotional code, while the winner of the action is obliged to book flights/hotel services for at least 3 (three) calendar months before the expected date of the trip. If the winner does not use the prize within the above period, this right is lost, no compensation is provided.
4. Responsibility
4.1. The organizer of the action is not responsible for unauthorized access to the account and/or e -mail of the participant in the action and/or the winner of the action.
4.2. The organizer of the action is not responsible for errors/malfunctions when transferring data via the Internet through the fault of communication organizations, as a result of technical failures and/or fraud on the Internet and/or in the communication channels used during the action, as well as for other reasons that are not dependent on the organizer.
4.3. The organizer is not responsible for technical malfunctions, which influenced the receipt/departure by the participant in the action of electronic messages, the use of the participants in the shares of communication services.
4.4. The organizer is not responsible for any losses incurred by participants due to participation in the action, receiving the winner and using the prize, as well as for providing a hotel and related hotel and related services.
4.5. All federal, state, local taxes and fees related to the receipt of the prize, customs and visa fees, insurance costs, airport and any other fees established by third parties, as well as any other personal expenses incurred by the winner are the area of responsibility of the winner of the action. The winner of the action agrees to release the organizer, its directors, employees and authorized representatives from liability for any claims that are related to participation in the action, receipt and use of the prize.
4.6. The winner of the action undertakes to keep secret all the confidential information received from the organizer and concerning the organizer’s activities, the Procedure for holding a promotion, receipt and use of the prize, except for information published on the site.
5. Final provisions
5.1. Any information related to the conditions of the promotion is posted on the site.
5.2. This action is not a public offer, and participation in the action does not mean the conclusion of the contract as a result of the announcement of the public offer. Due to participation in the action, no obligatory relations between the participant and the organizer do not arise.
5.3. The organizer has the right to refuse to provide the prize in case of fraudulent actions by the participants of the action aimed at receiving the prize, as well as in case of violation by the participant of these Rules.
5.4. Taking part in this action, the participant confirms that he got acquainted, understood and accepted these rules, and also provides his consent to process his personal data as part of the action, including by transferring personal data to third parties.
