Hi, I’m Lilya Karpova (@rista_karpova), I am 38, I am a video from Moscow, a blogger and mother of three boys.

Well, here our mini-travel in Vyborg ended. And you know what I most want to share with you? With his conviction that in life it is necessary to do spontaneous things: he wanted – did. I liked the expensive thing – I took it and bought it, you feel the need for new emotions and impressions – you bought a ticket and now you are in another city. Because life is beautiful in that at any moment you can do the way you want, and this life goes now, not tomorrow. Recently, I also decided to take part in the Kudabin project from OneTwotrip, and everything happened.

You do not always need to wait for the right season, vacation or some other ideal points. You just need to take a small but decisive step. Even a journey through his country brings a bunch of impressions and endorphins along with trips abroad, believe me. How huge and different is our country, it is very interesting to visit every corner of it!

Vyborg in February was not at all like Peter and Kaliningrad, as I expected. Narrow prayer streets, amazing architecture, an incredible forest in the Montrepo Park Museum-Reserve on the Baltic coast, where it is serene at any time of the year and a day. The city is very small (with a population of only more than 70 thousand people), it can be done in a day in half a day, which is perfect for us as tourists!

Waking up in the morning, we decided to start getting to know the city from the Vyborg Castle. Even despite the fact that he is on reconstruction, and we could not get inside, we felt ourselves in the Middle Ages on its territory. The tall tower of St. Olaf is visible almost everywhere. Then we went to the city and walked along its authentic streets. What immediately caught my eye was that roads and sidewalks do not sprinkle at all with reagents, and everything in the snow.

Walking around the city, I enjoyed how harmoniously and beautifully people here formalized their homes. It is especially wonderful that the day turned out to be warm and sunny.

In Vyborg, I completed the task for which my subscribers voted. It was necessary to shoot a video for Tiktok near a witch’s house. I stumbled upon a viral trend, where bloggers slowly move their hips to strange and memorable music, but decided to go further and dance almost near each place where we visited. It turned out very funny.

We drank the coffee with sweets in the cafe, bought the “sanctions” on the local market and reached the “Montrepo Park” … I now have an obsessive desire to see it again, but in the summer. I have never met such a diverse forest nature. The smell and silence of the winter forest and species points on the bay are very beautiful!

For the evening, a table was booked in the famous Tavern, where my husband and I ate in an authentic setting. The dishes are satisfying, tasty and large, the prices relative to Moscow are low.

The well -fed and satisfied moved towards the library of Alvar Aalto, along the way they took a picture near the yellow “tram” and the statue of the moose. Tired of emotions and passed 20,000 steps plopped down and fell asleep in our cozy room in Victoria.

In general, a real mini-travel, but a full reboot! And all that was needed is to take and spontaneously write onetwotrip – and now you are already rushing at Sapsan to St. Petersburg, and from St. Petersburg only an hour on a swallow to Vyborg.
