Vova
has been working as a surf instructor for 3 years
Vova belongs to the rare type of people who even have two works in Bali: in the morning he is a surf instator, and in the evening-the manager of the bar. He spends his free time on the board: either in the ocean or in a skate park. On the skate, Vova rides from childhood, which brings a certain style to his surfing: sharp drops, turns and jumping – he has something to impress and motivate novice surfers. During a surf lessons, he is not only an instructor, but also a friend who constantly smiles and jokes, because in a relaxed atmosphere, training is easier. From the first minute, it becomes clear with him that surfing is fun. However, the fun does not end outside the ocean, especially if you accept his invitation to come to a cool concert in the evening.
Dima
has been working as a surf instructor for 3 years
Dima began to surf in 2012, when he moved to Bali, here he met the guys from TakeOff. Sport is an integral part of his life, except for surfing, Dima regularly plays football, skate skate and does not forget about his previous hobby – billiards. By the way, he had a special talent for billiards, while still young and gambling, Dima participated in competitions and showed an excellent result – friends are still joking that he was “the sixth cue of Russia”, and agree to play with him without much enthusiasm. Dima is distinguished by a real sports approach, he, as a section coach, always speaks clearly and in the case. As part of the surfing lesson, he analyzes errors in detail and in details and explains how to fix them, and after all points are placed over I, with no less enthusiasm tells how to spend free time at Bali. Dima is a very kind and cheerful person, it is almost impossible to catch him without a smile.
The most difficult thing in surfing is an understanding of the ocean and waves. A lot of time and effort goes to correctly analyze and read the waves. At first, I advise all newcomers to never give up and everything is compensated with an incomparable pleasure!
George
has been working as a surf instructor for 6 years
George is a man whose life has radically changed the ocean. After graduating from his studies, he worked as a bartender for a long time, arranged an enchanting bartender show where he masterfully juggled with bottles, and knew every Moscow club. The parties in his life stopped only during the travel. So it was until one of the vacations he spent in Portugal and met surfing. With this, his transformation began into a person who is responsible for his health, plays sports and selflessly fills his life with surfing and love for everything around. His goal is to improve himself and help others. Most of his students become confident independent surfers, and in 2016 he became a champion in Russian surfing competitions. George is an experienced and very talented instructor who knows that success in surfing depends on subtle details; He knows how to pay attention to them and significantly accelerate progress. Friends call him Jorge and love him very much for sincerity and responsiveness.

Andrey
has been surfing for 7 years
Andrei is the founder and ideological inspirer of the TakeOff Surfing Schurfing School. And he is an incredibly smart, erudite and interesting person who can support the conversation on any topic. He is one of those who do not just light up with ideas, but always realizes them, no matter how crazy they seem. Ten years ago, he fell in love with the wind and began to devote all his free time to Kait-surfing, moved to Vietnam and opened the first TakeOff there-kite and a surf-school. True, the waves for surfing were rare there, therefore, when he went for three months to Bali and tasted the real ocean drive, he decided not to return back. Sometimes he also conducts surfing lessons, especially if students are children, because the fire in their eyes cannot but make a person happy.
For myself, I have long understood that surfing is an ideal sport, it has a unique balance and beauty that I did not find in a ciderfing. I like that the materiel is minimal and very simple, I like that perfect waves are once a month and “fingering into the salad” does not work in any way, I like the lack of serious injuries and loads on his knees, I like that the price of each wave is high and gives great joy.
Lena
has been surfing for 6 years
Lena is the manager of the TakeOff grof-kemp and thanks to her the whole team works harmoniously and efficiently. She is always aware of all those taking place on the island and in a surf-school of events, and most importantly, it always knows what needs to be done so that everyone will receive the maximum pleasure from vacation in general and lessons in particular. And Lena also a talented surfers, who in 2016 showed incredibly stylish and technical leggings on the longboard, taking first place in the stage of Russian competitions held at Bali. She often rides along with the lessons, and always helps students, looks after and gives useful tips, and most importantly, inspires with its example, because if this fragile blonde is so easy, then surfing, it is not so difficult!
I’ve been at Bali for 7 years, of which 6 – I am actively engaged in a grief. How did I end here? I flew to rest for the first time, fell in love with surfing, returned to him six months later for a few months. As a result, she refused the office work and decided to stay.
Dasha

Dasha is the most radiant smile and the boring laughter of the TAKEOFF team. She works as an administrator, which means she meets guests and students of a grof-kemba, helps them get comfortable and feel at Bali at home. She knows the answers to absolutely all the questions that can only arise in the head of the tourist, so the acquaintance with her is the key that the vacation will pass as rich and interesting as possible. Unlike the rest of the guys, Dasha rides on the surf, but does it fun and gracefully, laughs at his mistakes and infects everyone around with enthusiasm.
