Long joints between flights have become commonplace, especially on trips to Europe. Sometimes you have to wait from seven hours to a day and even more. How to translate the minus plus? Organize another mini-travel.

They made an express guide for those who have only a few hours to the capital of Hungary. Famous attractions were left to Internet search engines and talked about places that local residents, tourists and even Hollywood stars were most loved. All locations are a maximum of 40 minutes on foot from Deák Ferenc Square – this is the very center of the city.

How to get to the center

The most convenient and simple way is the bus that gets to the center in 35-60 minutes. Right at the airport we sit on regular 100e (it goes daily every 7-10 minutes, and from 01:00 to 03:00 the interval increases to 30-40 minutes) and land on the square, bus stop and the DEáK FERENC metro station of the same name.

The bus also stops near the Kálvin Tér and Astoria metro station. The cost of the ticket is only 1,500 Hungarian forints (about 318 rubles at the time of writing the article).

Important: The ticket must be bought in advance, and not from the driver. There are terminals near the stops where the tickets are sold back and forth and other options, like a one-day travel card. Choose the most convenient. Another option is to purchase a ticket at the box office marked Tourist Office/Info.

In addition, you can always go by taxi. On the way you will spend the same amount of time as by bus, but pay much more – from 11,200 forints (about 2,370 rubles).

So, we arrive at Deák Ferenc, we see a large wheel wheel, we go out and start a walk.

By the way, the menu has juice from the Hungarian legend-Furminta. Wine is poured according to glasses from 50 ml.
