In the Kudablin project, we send completely different people on traveling at our expense! Marina Titova visited Ufa: she learned the Bashkir folk dance, tried traditional dishes and gained new friends.

I must say right away – this was the most unforgettable adventure in my life and it began with a simple step: I just sent an application, and then it spun … I didn’t have time to blink, as my readers decided to send me to Ufa; The aircraft and the hotel booked through the OneTwotrip application! I stopped at Azimut Hotel, and I was settled without problems earlier, taking an additional payment for an early arrival. The guys at the reception desk were cheerful and cheerful, which I liked very much. I decided to devote the first day to intelligence. From the window of my room, the Ferris wheel was visible, and I headed there. Trembling with fear of height, I climbed into the booth and prepared to enjoy the view. But the view was quite ordinary – the tops of trees, roofs of high -rise buildings and slightly distant landscapes.

After I wandered around the city: small, cozy …

But I remembered my task, which my subscribers chose for me – to execute the Bashkir national dance against the backdrop of the monument to Salavat Yulaev.

And this was the most incredible adventure in my life!

With the task, everything was decided a couple of days before the trip. I do not know how to dance from the word at all, so I began to write to Ufa dance schools. Somewhere they did not answer, somewhere there were no teachers in national dances. But in the end, I wrote off the choreographer Veronika Kuller and we agreed on the meeting … And now I come at the appointed time, and there … And there is Pole Dance! Who does not know, Pilon is a pole in the common people 🙂

And here is a girl with a stunning figure, in a short top, shorts and boards shows me basic movements. It was enchanting!

She showed me a “burzanochka” – a simple dance and I seemed to even completely remember it. One overshadowed this positive moment – I had nothing to dance. Veronica said that it would be difficult to find a suit: the other day in the city there was a parade of national costumes, on the same weekend Sabantuy and City Day are celebrated.

But on the eve, I met a girl with whom I talked on a network of about 7 years and just a day before departure I found out that she was from Ufa (for some reason I thought that she had moved from here). I decided to share sadness with her and … you won’t believe it, it turned out that her classmate has a workshop for sewing national costumes! As a result, almost at 9 pm I rushed to the workshop and chose a suit. I can’t even describe the level of my delight and gratitude to you!

And the next morning, accompanied by Nadi (a friend from the Internet), I went to the monument to Salavat Yulaev. The weather disappeared: while we reached the monument, we managed to fall under the rain and hail.

As a result, finding a dry plot in the bushes, I changed into a national costume. Several rehearsals and now we shot the video.

There were 4 or 5 takes, I was madly worried (it was embarrassed to dance in the square in a foreign city),

Yes, even began to rain again …

But it was fun: we laughed at failed doubles, laughed while looking for a perspective, tourists were photographed with me – now there is something to tell my grandchildren!

Well, I completed the task, I completed and, with a sense of the fulfillment of the duty, went with Nadia to local cooking, very popular among local residents. There were no people (morning and the weather is not very),

Therefore, I asked the saleswoman to recommend something to me. As a result, I tried the Gubadia – the sweet pie of Tatar and Bashkir cuisine. Very, very tasty! I recommend trying!

And in the evening I got to the Ethnosoch, which took place as part of the festival “Heart of Eurasia”, where I listened to the performances of various groups and even met a guy who plays on the basement and spoke on the “Symphony Night” on the eve.

What can I say? The Ufa residents are friendly and responsive, the city is cute and neat, and I managed to attend several key events, master the basics and perform the Bashkir Burzyanochka.

And I will forever remember the dumbfounded expression on the face of the taxi drivers who asked “Are you in Ufa on a business trip?” And they heard in response “just like that!”.

Travel in Russia just like that, for no reason!

If you have more than 1000 subscribers in one of the social networks, participate in the Kudablin project, and we will send you to anywhere in the planet at our expense. Where you go and what will you do, your subscribers will decide.
