June is the month when the soul just praises the rest. It is desirable, of course, at sea – this word is traditionally present in the vacation dreams of most residents of not only the northern but also southern regions.
But what if you literally lack space? After all, everyone knows that in Russia there are few cities where you can relax at sea?
The answer is logical – to go abroad! For example, in Baku, where in June it is not only warm, but even hot. And the competition for a place in the sun is far from as high as, for example, in the summer Sochi.
You will say that this is too unusual move – despite the possibility of visa -free entry, Azerbaijan remains for many Russians a kind of “incognita terra”. And we will answer that this is even for the better – you will make more interesting discoveries!

Weather in Baku in June
It can be considered if not perfect, then still good from the point of view of both rest at sea and excursion tourism. It is warm, at times hot, but humidity is in moderate framework thanks to quite strong sea breeze.
In early June, Baku regularly observes air temperatures in the afternoon up to +30-32 ° C. Although the atmosphere cools to the values (+18-21 ° C), which suggest the presence on the shoulders of more than only a T-shirt or sundress, but also a jacket.
By the end of the first decade of the month, you should not wait for significant changes in the nature of the weather-in the afternoon, street thermometers show something in the area from +27 to +30 ° C. At the end of the month, it is quite possible to expect the establishment of a real heat: it can be either +28-30 or all +35 degrees Celsius.
Which naturally encourages tourists to spend the morning on the beach, and sleep during the day. And only in the evenings to walk around the tank. Large and chicly lit in the dark, almost a European city.
We emphasize that in some years, in late June, the air warms up to +33-35 ° C in Baku. But such a heat is tolerated well (if you do not have vascular diseases, for example): due to moderate humidity and the winds constantly blowing from the Caspian Sea.

By the middle of the month, the water warms up to +24 ° C. And by the end of the month, even +26-27 ° C, creating optimal conditions for swimming even young children. And those vacationers who love the warm sea.
Note that in the Baku itself there are no good beaches – numerous reviews testify to this with all certainty. But if you get out of the city, how exclusively wide opportunities in part of the coastal vacation will open before you.
Beautiful sandy beaches are well known with a gradual convenient entry into the water in the village of Mardakyana. The glorious, by the way, is also his ancient fortress.
Known, but somewhat more loud in comparison with the Mardakian, beaches in the towns of Bilgia and Novikhani in the north of the Apheron Peninsula.
You can also go to Shikhov’s beach south of the city. To which the minibus from the center of Baku will reach at about the same time as to the above -mentioned places, in about 40 minutes.

How to dress
Clothing made of natural materials of light tones and free cut is the most reasonable choice of citizens traveling to Baku in the summer months. And, we note, it’s still cheaper to travel to many Russian tourists so expensive (but someone has already fed up) Turkey. Which constantly raises prices in hotels, and a visit to attractions turned into an almost exclusive pleasure.
If you are not too constrained in the funds, then we advise you to stay at Nizami Central Park Hotel, where you will receive a “standard” number and prepaid “magnificent” breakfasts for ~ 70-80 € 70-80. About 10-12 minutes you will get to the girl’s tower or the shirvanshah palace.

Where to go
