Hello, I – Tanya (@Bedareva_life) and as part of the Kudablin project, my readers sent me to Istanbul – a city, striking with an abundance of colors, fruits, cheerful ice creamers and attractions.

How to get

A plane from St. Petersburg to Istanbul flies only four hours, about 10,000 rubles will have to pay a person back and forth. The road from Moscow is about the same, the cost is from 7000 rubles* per person by one by one. It is easier to get from a taxi from the airport, the trip will cost about 1300 rubles*.
Where to stop

It is best to settle in the tourist area of Sultanahmet – Nearby are all sights, we walked everywhere. I lived in Katlya Hotel – just delight, look at the hotels nearby.
Where there is

From Shaverma for 20 lire* (approximately 135 rubles) and all sorts of popular fast foods to good restaurants. The famous ice cream, the preparation of which is a whole show, will cost 140 rubles*.
Souvenirs

Having bargained on the seller, you can easily drop to 40% of the price, I cleaned 60%, if not a fixed. I recommend going to a large bazaar, but not to the central alley, but to take a walk along the market streets without a roof.
Keep in mind that museums and a large bazaar are closed on Sundays. But you can walk, souvenir shops in tourist places and cafes always work.
What to see

Even in a day you can go around more than a dozen places! Just walking around the Sultananmet area, you will see:
The Topkapi Palace (entrance inside is paid), the Church of St. Irina, the Cathedral of St. Sophia (now the current mosque), the blue mosque, the square of the hippodrome, on which the ancient columns and obelisks established in the Byzantine period have been preserved to our time. As well as the German fountain donated to the city and Sultan Abdul-Hamid II Kaiser Wilhelm II, Gulkhan Park, which has an interesting fountain, whose drops are different in the air, the sympathetic market, the streets on which they arrange a ice cream show and many more, many more. Be sure to look at the Grand Bazar and the Egyptian market-the brightness of the colors will amaze you!
On the second day, I recommend going on foot on the Galata Bridge, and then go up to the tower of the same name and reach Taxim Square.
In general, in Istanbul there are so many mosques and museums, as well as colorful houses, districts, streets and cats, which is enough for more than one trip!

And I even managed to visit the ice cream seller – my readers gave me the task of learning a couple of tricks.
