Grand Canyon

Death Valley
The Death Valley is another cult place to which many legends are dedicated and which attracts increased attention of tourists. This is what good marketing means – just give a place an intriguing name and popularity is ensured =)
But this place received its unusual name not at all because of high mortality, as it might seem, but because of the meager vegetation and a poor animal world-there are practically no inhabitants in the death valley and almost nothing grows. However, according to one of the legends, the valley received its gloomy name because of the death of one of the members of the group of gold miners, trying to overcome the desert, so that everyone can choose the history of the name of the name to their taste.
