Belarus
Regarding other countries, it is not difficult to make a card in Belarus. Some banks arrange them even according to the internal Russian passport. Keep in mind that in Belarus, non -residents are inaccessible to multi -ore cards, so for each currency it is necessary to draw up a separate card. The opening of an additional account will cost 100-150 Belarusian rubles (2,300-3,500 rubles).

Kazakhstan
Since the beginning of summer, some Kazakh banks have tightened the conditions for registration of cards to non -residents and began to require a residence permit or an employment contract. Now, without additional documents, three banks continue to open accounts for Russians.
Kaspibank
The issue of the card is free, the maintenance from the second year will cost 1,995 tenge (or 260 rubles). The term of manufacture of cards reaches 30 days. This bank does not have foreign exchange bills, but the cards can be used to pay for foreign services.
Freedom Finance Bank
Service and issuing a card are free, manufacturing takes about 10 days. The only bank in which you can open a multicellular account.
“Centercredit”
Map service will cost 5,000 tenge (or 640 rubles) per year, if expenses exceed 65 thousand rubles per month, then it will be free. The opening of the account takes 2 days.
What will be needed: Most banks require a passport, local TIN (can be obtained personally or by proxy at the population service centers) and an extract from the Russian bank over the past six months. You will also need a local SIM card and registration of a mobile phone in Kazakhstan.

Armenia
Armenia remains one of the most popular areas for registering cards abroad. Nevertheless, in recent months, the conditions for opening accounts in local banks have significantly tightened for foreigners.
Unibank
Now this is the only bank in the country where Russians can issue an account for a passport without providing documents confirming a long stay in Armenia. Unibank has the highest tariffs. The release of a multicellular card day a day costs 230,000 drams (about 32,000 rubles): 100,000 drams for registration of a card and 130,000 drams as an additional payment for urgency.
Card service costs from 100,000 to 300,000 drams per year (14,000 – 42,000 rubles). This amount is paid on the day of opening.
Araratbank
In this bank, the card issuance will cost much cheaper, but the Russians will have to provide more documents. In addition to the passport, it is necessary to attach a notarized translation of the document to the Armenian language and a certificate of short -term stay in Armenia. It can be obtained at the hotel, the document must indicate the document and date of residence.
The opening of the account will cost 5,000 Armenian dramas (approximately 700 rubles), the cost of annual service is 20,000 drams (3,000 rubles).
Inecobank
To apply for a card, applicants need to present a passport, an employment contract (any country) or a certificate of 2-NDFL for the previous year.
The release of the card costs 25,000 drams (3,500 rubles), if desired, you can pay extra for the urgency of 3,000 drams (420 rubles). An annual service will cost 4,000 drams (570 rubles).

Uzbekistan
Compared to Armenia, the issue of a card in Uzbekistan will be cheaper. Kapital, Ipak Yo’li, NBU and Ravnaq, can work with non -residents. The cost of registration varies from 25,000 to 2,000,000 SUM (180 – 11,000 rubles) – the tariff depends on the category of service and additional expenses.
What will be needed: A passport and registration that can be done at the hotel.
Other banks have complicated the card processing procedure for Russians. For example, it is possible to open an account in the “CapitalBan” only when being in Uzbekistan for more than 15 days. Some organizations require a local SIM card and a personal identification number of an individual (Pinfl), which is issued in the migration service.
